Interior renovation of classrooms, restroom, and admin area in an exsisting school building on the 2nd and 3rd floor. Project consists of interior demolition, sawcut, floor demo, electrical demo, LVT floor, carpet removal, door and baseboard staining, insulation, fire treated blocking, new drywall , electrical, fire-arlam, salvage of exsisting items,  and more. This is a tax-exempt project. Work is scheduled to start late May 2025 and be completed by end of July 2025. Please breakout price for work in rooms 304, 200B and 202, 2nd floor boys restroom, and a combined price.
