This project is a tenant improvement of a one story approximately 6,581 SF Child
Care facility. Conststruction start is November 2024 with completion end of February 2025. Construction includes but not limited to:interior demoltion, flooring, doors and hardware, plumbing, HVAC, electrical, concrete work, landscaping, site work, fencing, enclosure, painting, rough carpentry and finish carpentry, new storefront door, plumbing fixtures, CMU, ACT.
