23013 Nerinx Hall STEM Addition

Single story 8,100 square foot addition to Nerinx Hall High School including four new science classrooms, prep and storage spaces, a collaborative circulation concourse, and required building support spaces.  The new addition will connect to the existing building at the current teacher’s lounge.  Modifications to the existing building
will be limited to the connection point of the addition. Design-build Fire Protection and MEP. Five alternates involving but not limited to the following: Demoltion, skylight, exterior signage, steel roof framing, clock and bell system.
